Review

Applications are reviewed to ensure variety and suitability for each event.

Trade

Once approved, you’ll receive confirmation and setup details for the event.

How to Submit Your Application

Once completed and signed, please submit your application using one of the following methods:

Vendor Terms & Conditions

By submitting a vendor application for a Together We Grow event, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete, and you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Event Access & Setup

  • Vendors may arrive from 07:00 for setup.
  • No setup is permitted after 08:45.
  • The organiser is not responsible for denied access due to failure to meet security requirements.
  • Access codes for staff, assistants, family, or friends must be requested and confirmed in advance.

2. Trading Hours & Breakdown

  • Official trading hours are 09:00 to 16:00.
  • Breakdown may only begin from 15:45 onwards.
  • Vendors who pack up early without prior approval may be excluded from future Together We Grow events.

3. Stall Allocation & Equipment

  • Stall placement and layout are determined solely by the event organiser.
  • Certain food and beverage vendors may be required to trade in designated outdoor areas.
  • Vendors are responsible for supplying their own gazebo, tables, chairs, food trailer, display equipment, and extension leads where applicable.

4. Electricity & Power Usage

  • Electricity requirements must be declared at the time of application.
  • All electrical appliances must be listed for planning and safety purposes.
  • Power availability is limited and not guaranteed unless confirmed by the organiser.

5. Conduct, Cleanliness & Safety

  • Vendors must maintain a clean, safe, and professional trading space at all times.
  • All waste must be removed by the vendor at the end of the event.
  • Respectful conduct toward customers, organisers, venue staff, and other vendors is mandatory.

6. Payments, Cancellations & Refunds

  • All vendor fees are non-refundable.
  • Vendor fees are R450.00 per stall.
  • No refunds will be issued for no-shows, late arrivals, early departures, or weather-related disruptions.
  • Failure to attend without notice may affect approval for future events.

7. Liability

  • Vendors participate at their own risk.
  • The organiser accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, damage, or injury to persons, stock, or equipment.
  • Vendors are responsible for their own insurance, permits, and compliance with applicable regulations.

Vendor Information

  • Stall fees vary per event
  • Vendors must supply their own tables, gazebos, and chairs unless stated otherwise
  • Setup times will be communicated before the event
  • Power availability is limited and must be requested in advance
  • No counterfeit or illegal goods permitted
